Our apartment sits where Innsbruck turns quiet: a private garden with barbecue and sun loungers, a seating area in front of the house and the mountains right outside the window. Two bedrooms and a sofa bed sleep up to five adults, or four adults with two children. In winter you have your own cellar room for skis and boots, and all year round there are three free parking spaces right by the house. If you'd rather leave the car behind, the bus stop is one minute away and the train two.

Frequently asked questions
How does self check-in work?
The apartment has a smart lock (Nuki). You check in yourself from 4 pm, no key handover needed. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Is there parking?
Yes, three free parking spaces are available right by the house.
Where do skis and boots go?
In winter, a private cellar room is available for your skis and boots.
What is the Welcome Card?
From three nights you receive the Innsbruck Region Welcome Card. It gives you free travel on buses and trains in Innsbruck and the surrounding region, use of the city bikes and discounts on cable cars, pools, lakes and events.
Is the apartment suitable for children?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome. Besides the two bedrooms, the living room has a sofa bed for two children up to 14, and the garden is perfect for playing. A cot or extra bed is not available.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed. The apartment is also non-smoking.
How do I pay?
The full amount is due at booking and is paid securely by credit card, Apple Pay or EPS.
What is the cancellation policy?
For direct bookings you can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival and receive a full refund. After that, no refund is possible. For bookings via Airbnb or Booking.com, their stated terms apply.
Is there a tourist tax?
Yes. Since May 2026 the visitor tax in Innsbruck is €4 per person per night. It is not included in the rental price and is paid on site. Children are exempt until the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15. In return, from three nights you receive the Welcome Card with free travel on buses and trains.
